Initial Site Consultation
The initial site consultation gives us the opportunity to understand your project vision, needs, wants and budget. We’ll meet with you on-site to get an accurate picture of site conditions. With a clearer understanding of your site and project vision, TLN can help guide you through the construction design phase of your project.
Pre-Construction Phase
Once you have a completed full set of building plans, TLN will prepare a comprehensive estimate for your project. This estimate is broken down into sub categories and provides a detailed analysis of the costs for your project. TLN believes in full transparency so there are no hidden costs or surprises. Once the estimate is approved, will will prepare all necessary construction documents and proceed with the building permit application. While waiting for permits, work can begin on site preparation with engineers and geotechs. This allows for construction to begin once the permit process is complete.
Post-Construction Phase
Once construction is completed, your home will thoroughly cleaned and a detailed walk through will be conducted to ensure everything is move-in-ready. We will go over every aspect of your new home with you and provide you with manuals, home warranty documents and any other resources needed for your new home.
